Six questions, and two of them matter a lot.

Nobody is going to send you a brochure. Two of the answers below decide whether your members' saved cards can move across without every one of them re-entering a card, and that is the single thing most likely to cost a studio members at a switch.

This decides whether your client list, memberships and packs can be exported cleanly, and how long that takes. Some of these charge for the full export.

The one that matters most. If the current processor will co-operate, saved cards move across encrypted and no member re-enters anything. If not, every member has to add a card again, and that is where studios lose people at a switch.

A rough number is fine. It sets how long the move takes and nothing else.

The thing you would be most annoyed to lose. Teacher training cohorts, a waiver you rely on, a payroll rule, a member who pays in an odd way.
