Joining the network costs nothing. The software is a separate decision from anything else, and it is one you make on your own timetable.
Why the network turns on last.
phase 4The order is not an accident. Marketing needs a client list, training needs studios that are running, and a shared catalogue needs somebody with something to trade. So the network arrives after the three things it depends on, which is Jessica's own reasoning.
Phase 4 is visible from day one, read only, before it can be traded in. It is the reason the network exists and hiding it until November would be the wrong order.
It is also the one you cannot have bought out from under you.
