Everything that would not fit into ten minutes on the call. What it does, when each part arrives, and what it costs. Watch it as many times as you like.

About twenty minutes. Onboarding, Chat EYT, the SOPs, and what the instructor and client views look like.
It goes up here within a few days of the meeting, alongside Jessica's and Kristy's. This page stays at the same address, so the code you scanned will always bring you back to it.
In the meantime you can click around the software yourself. Nothing you do in there affects anything real.
Deliberately staged. Everything at once means a bug report that says "it's confusing." One piece at a time means we can actually fix things while there are only a few of us.
Class and appointment booking, the schedule, waitlists, client accounts and memberships, packs and payments, teacher schedules and subs, text reminders. Chat EYT built in for you and for your clients.
Your own newsletter and blog, a library of ready-made content you can put your name and colours on, class libraries you can sell, and text campaigns.
The employee handbook and standard operating procedures, always current. The full teacher training programme hosted here, with homework, quizzes and certificates handled for you.
Selling each other's workshops, the shared class library, ordering retail stock from HQ, the message boards, and the cross-studio numbers that tell all of us what actually works.
Two levels, so a small studio is not paying for what a busy one uses. You can move between them at any time.
Both levels include a set amount of texts, emails, Chat EYT usage and video storage, with plenty of room. If you ever get close to a limit you will hear from us first, and nothing gets charged on top without you agreeing to it.
Jessica covered the network and the shares in her video. These are the software ones.
No. Being in the network and using the software are two separate decisions, and Jessica has said the same. You can join the network and keep what you have.
If you do move, we do the moving. You should not be retyping your client list to get started.
The software teaches itself. There is a guided tour built into every screen that walks you through what is there and why, and you can run it again any time you forget something.
There is also a setup walkthrough that asks you a handful of simple questions and fills in the rest of your studio for you.
It stays yours. Your studio's data is kept separate from every other studio's, and no one else can see it.
Where combined numbers get used for the industry insights Jessica described, no individual studio is ever named and nothing publishes off a handful of studios.
Yes, and that is part of why the higher level exists. You can host your own class library here and sell it to your clients rather than paying a separate video service for it.
There is a help assistant inside the software that answers questions about the software itself, and will take you to the right screen rather than just describing it.
Every screen also has a one-tap way to report anything that looks wrong, down to the smallest thing. During these first months that is genuinely the most useful thing you can do.
Yes. It installs to a home screen like an app and opens without a browser around it, on both iPhone and Android.
Watch this, look through the software, and bring your questions to Jessica. If you want to talk through anything technical, she will point you my way and I am happy to get on a call.
Jessica is looking to have everyone decided by September 15.
